GigConvert may send SMS messages to individuals who submit their phone number through GigConvert website forms or who otherwise communicate directly with GigConvert.
By providing your phone number to GigConvert, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your inquiry, support requests, service updates, scheduling assistance, and follow-up communications. These messages are operational and transactional in nature and are not promotional marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on user interaction.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@gigconvert.com.
GigConvert messaging services are not used for affiliate marketing, lead resale messaging, or third-party marketing campaigns.
If you use GigConvert messaging features to communicate with your customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required consents from message recipients before sending communications.
You agree to comply with all applicable messaging laws and regulations, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and carrier messaging policies.
GigConvert provides messaging infrastructure but does not control customer contact lists or message content sent by businesses using the platform.

GigConvert is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.
